Delivery Returns


Once your order has been placed our team will get to work on building your order. Once the order is built and ready we look at planning deliveries in the most fuel efficient way.

FD deliver locally within a 30 mile radius using our own trucks but also deliver nationwide with the help of our courier company either way it free to a room of choice.

If your order is in stock and you want to collect it, please telephone the store to make sure it is ready before setting off, if you haven't had a call or email from us. 

Disposal Service - Additional charges will apply

We can collect and recycle your old mattress and bed at the time of delivering your new one.

Please leave the old mattress and bed unmade and disassembled and our delivery partners will do the rest. Everything collected is recycled. We do not send mattresses to landfill.

The mattress is taken apart by hand in an extremely labour-intensive procedure, hence the higher cost of sending your mattress for recycling. The springs must be removed to be sent for metal recycling. The foam and fillings can be recycled to make carpet underlay and other products.

In some cases, for hygiene reasons our delivery partners might ask the customer to bag up some items and they have the right to refuse to collect any items.

Cancellation Policy

Distance selling regulations only apply to your order if the goods have not been custom made to your specification or if you have not examined the product in one of our stockists showrooms. If the Distance Selling Regulations do apply you can cancel your furniture by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 7 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.

Due to their intimate nature, all beds or mattresses will be delivered sealed in clear plastic wrapping that will allow for inspection. Any of these items that have been unsealed will be deemed as having been used. Therefore they cannot be returned for any reason other than because they are not as described or are not of satisfactory quality.

Should you wish to return the goods it is your responsibility to take good care of the mattress. You are the owner of the mattress once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. To minimise the risk of any such claim we ask that you return the goods in appropriate packaging such as to prevent damage in transit. If you decide to return the products where there is no fault in the product such cost of returning is at the customers expense.

It is your responsibility to return the items to our central delivery point in a good condition However VOGUE BEDS LIMITED recognise that many customers do not have the means to do this, and so will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested. In such circumstances a charge of up to 25% of the price of the mattress will be made to cover the cost of collecting the items. This charge will be calculated according to the number of items to be returned, availability of a delivery vehicle, your location and complexity of removal.


Following cancellation of your order any monies paid will be refunded by the method you used to pay us and usually within 14 days.
